All digital download products (art prints, files, etc.) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable and non-returnable. By clicking 'Complete Order,' you confirm you have read and agree to this no-refund policy:

  • Digital files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

How to Start a Return: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@waxandwane.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages & Defective Items: Contact us at Support@waxandwane.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds: Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
