Refund policy

At Wax | Wane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened skincare products, serums, or topical actives (health & safety)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@waxandwane.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages & Defective Items: Contact us at Support@waxandwane.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds: Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
