At Wax | Wane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Window & Eligibility
30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items.
Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Products must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened skincare products, serums, or topical actives (due to health and safety regulations)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact page or email us at Support@waxandwane.store with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and name in the package.
Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing
Inspection Period: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days to verify it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund Timeline: After approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, are returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval, or are not in resalable condition.
Currency: All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) as per the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency transaction fees or exchange rate differences.
Order Cancellation
24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Contact us immediately at Support@waxandwane.store or via our contact page.
After 24 Hours: Once an order enters processing (typically within 24 hours), we may not be able to cancel or modify it. If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, standard return procedures and timelines will apply.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Within 48 Hours: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Support@waxandwane.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
What Qualifies as Damaged: Items with manufacturing defects, physical breakage, or functional issues. Damaged outer packaging (dented boxes, torn mailers) with the product in good condition does not qualify as damage.
Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund including original shipping charges. We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Product Safety & Proper Use
Please use all products according to provided instructions and safety guidelines available on our website and product packaging. We cannot be held responsible for damage, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow proper usage instructions. If you experience any discomfort or concerns while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us at Support@waxandwane.store.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will not include original shipping charges or any customs/duty fees paid. Please contact us at Support@waxandwane.store before returning international orders.
