At Wax | Wane, we work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners and carriers to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read below for details on how we ship.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers depending on your location, order size, and fulfillment method:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS

The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email and tracking link.

Fulfillment Partners

Some orders are fulfilled directly by our third-party fulfillment partners:

  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF): Certain products are stored and shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers. These orders are shipped via Amazon's carrier network and may arrive in Amazon-branded or unbranded packaging.
  • Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS): Certain products are fulfilled through Walmart's fulfillment network. These orders are shipped via Walmart's carrier partners.

Regardless of which fulfillment partner ships your order, your purchase is made with Wax | Wane and our return and refund policy applies.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or via Amazon/Walmart tracking for fulfilled orders).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Wax | Wane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For packages that appear stuck in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@waxandwane.store and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at Support@waxandwane.store within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
