Wipe with a soft dry cloth; avoid water and chemicals — turquoise is porous and can be damaged
Place in gentle sunlight or moonlight; or hold in your hands and breathe your intention into it.
Porous and relatively soft (Mohs 5-6). Avoid water, perfumes, oils, and chemicals — they can alter its color. Many commercial turquoise pieces are stabilized or dyed. Store in soft cloth.
